  • Redefinition of pharmacy by designing unique solutions that improve health outcomes.  The ‘Long-range Pharmacies Advisor’ program will be established for patients which chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and cancer to promote medication adherence and closing gaps in care
  • Managing stocks efficiently by leveraging on information technology. We will establish a data warehouse and a front end business intelligence application to learn from past experience vis-a-vi product performance and stock movements and balances. The design of a customer loyalty program again leveraging on IT
  • Leveraging on the Bright Pharmacies retail chain’s experiences in managing retail pharmacies by establishing a retail pharmacy franchise, taking advantage of the fragmented retail pharmacy industry to build a strong franchise.
  • Advertising and promotion through appropriate media and re-branding when necessary.
